It was relatively easy too put together however it did have some areas that had a couple cracks in the wood and one of the screws or screw hole is stripped or something and will not go in.It looks nice in the room and seems nice and sturdy.It was time consuming but overall was pretty easy with instructions to assemble. I recommend setting all of your pieces out in separate piles according to your numbers and letters. It saves time on assembling. My daughter loves it!Very cute bed but products these days are made with very cheap material. My daughters friend is a little heavy and just sitting on the bed, it snapped in the middle. Be very careful to not play on the bed bc of this reason.
