Bed was exactly what we needed a part came damaged and they absolutely worked with us and got us a replacement for it. they were absolutely helpful and it's a great bed! great buyEasy to follow instructions. More sturdy than you’d expect for the price. Perfect for my 9 year old daughter because it won’t be a big deal if she tears it up and we have to replace in a few years.Perfect for a kids bed that may have guests over. A few spots had some scuffs (which the company provided a credit towards within a timely manner upon reporting, satisfied with the attentive customer care.) The real deal breaker was assembling. If you’re looking for an easy / fast assemble— this is not the item for you friends. The support slats are measured in mm so thank the heavens for Google to convert that into inches. Then the sidings for the support slats didn’t have pre drilled holes so you’ll be at it for a while. It’s not hard persay, just tedious— more than it needed to be. Some of the paint was sloppy resulting in having to nudge pieces probably a bit more than intended. Overall it could have been a higher quality, but it was budget friendly— so you know the cliche saying “you get what you pay for,” case & point with this item.Updated Review: WOW! This company exceeded my expectations when we had a damaged piece when we opened the package. Not only did they respond within 24hours they shipped a whole new bed without making us go through any hassle to return the old one. Very pleased. When we put the bed together it looked great, and did not have any poor quality pieces. Very happy with this purchase.The footboard of the bed was crack when we received it. Will update review with how easy it was to replace. Very sad about this.My son love it ,Very sturdy,Easy to assemble,Durable and worth it .I needed a quick and cheap solution for 2 of my daughters sleeping space and this adorable bed fit that need perfectly. It was delivered in about a week. I am pleased with the quality of the bed for the price even though some peices were missing predrilled holes which made it a bit more challenging as I was worried the wood would crack but overall easy to assemble and sturdy bed. Trundle rolls in and out easily on tile floor. I chose an 8 inch "bed in a box" type of foam mattress for the top bed and trundle bed, which fit very well and seem to be plenty comfortable.A standard mattress is too small. There is several inches gap at foot of bed.Bed frame is standard, but very nice, also really simple to put together, just follow the instructions. Was apprehensive at first. But it was definitely worth the price. Our kids love it
