Took hours to assemble but it was lots of fun assembling with my daughter.Manual was easy to read.However she is not allowed to use the slide until I get something to put at the bottom to cushion her landing.By the slide being metal,the kids come down as quick as a blink of an eye which can be very dangerous.PLEASE SUPERVISE YOUR CHILD WHEN THEY FIRST ATTEMPT TO SLIDE DOWN.My baby hurt herself and now is afraid of it.I assured her that she will love it and it will be safe once I go and get some sort of beanie bag or fluffy carpet to go on the floor.We overall love it but also the ladder is made of thin metal bars that HURT your feet as you climb up so thats another issue my daughter kept complaining about.I tried it myself and she was right.It really hurts when you climb that ladder.would I send it back??? Absolutely NOT...was it worth the money???ABSOLUTELY and its definitely sturdy and I would recommend this product to everyone.Just keep in mind that it is made of metal and the box its packaged in is HEAVY and requires 2 or more people to lift if you stay in a building. I live on the 3rd floor and had to leave it downstairs in hall until I found a BIG man to come help and even he was out of air when we reached the top.The fed Ex driver struggled to get it to my porch and ran off quick and said he can't go no further lol.He was worn out because the literally packed pounds of metal plus the huge slide into a long box that stood about 6 feet so keep that in mind as well.I still give it 5 stars though.You won't be disappointed once you get it assembled and safe enough to slide and climb without getting injured
