The mattress came well packaged. It was vacuumed but it didn't take up too much time to expand it. I personally like firm mattress and the firmness is what I expected. Some reviews say it is too firm but I like the firmness very much. Recommended for people who are looking for firm mattress.I didn’t put anything under it and put the mattress directly in the bed frame it didn’t have enough support. I think it would be good if you use the box spring. Without that it’s too soft that it touches the bed frame. Maybe it would be better if it was firm. However, they have the best customer support. It's comfortable and keeps me from readjusting constantly to find relief.None.This twin mattress was purchased to replace an eight year old traditional bunk bed mattress that was purchased from a low cost furniture outlet. This twin is the Perfect size for the metal bed frame we are currently using and its sheets. Others had started to purchase thicker than 6 inch but it would be too high if we decided to use this mattress on our kids bedroom twin bunk bed.We had intended to purchase a lower-priced foam mattress but had concerns with reviews on odor and non-inflation. We were worried about the trouble of having to return a mattress that is expanded outside of its shipping package. This twin Mattress arrives in vacuum-sealed plastic bag. I set it in place and opened the bag carefully and it self "inflated" with no issues. A tiny bit of "new foam" smell but it was no longer noticeable within a couple days. We did have my daughter’s friends visit and asked if they could smell the new foam smell and they could not! The mattress feels like a soft mattress topper over a firm mattress so the feeling to me is more soft than medium-firm but I am twice the weight of the kids that will be using this mattress. The bed supports your spine and lower back does not sink in. Our personal preference is that foam style has more cooling and moisture wicking and that you can pat the mattress dry from an accidental spill. Great bang for the buck.Mattresses sure have come a long way, with more options and better affordability than ever before. After already having some great experiences with buying mattresses online, which seemed like such a foreign concept not that long ago, I doubt I would ever step foot into a retail store again as they simply can't beat the price to product ratio. This experience was no exception.Packaging was professional and first rate (also comes with a special cutter which you should use), which we always believe speaks volumes for how much care goes into the actual product. It took about 2 nights and a day for it to fully expand, although it suggests 72 hours ours seemed fine by then - perhaps it will be different due to the temperature or environment. We expected there would initially be that memory foam odor that usually dissipates, but we were surprised that it was basically odorless. I remember ordering a memory foam in a box from Costco years ago and I guess the general product has come a long way - my old one the smell took forever to lessen and never really left.For a daily use purpose, the 8 inch is right where you want it to be - 6 inches and thinner gives it that temporary look and feel whereas this thickness is essentially what you're used to from any mattress san pillow top, memory foam or not. The memory foam itself has also evolved from our last one, with breathability being a world of a difference. We're unsure if it's the top cover (the quilted design mimics the look of a traditional spring mattress) or the foam itself that contributes to this, but either way airflow is so much better - you don't get that hot memory foam feeling.Medium plush is a pretty accurate descriptor - think of the plush as coming from the characteristics of the memory foam itself, and the medium firmness coming from the sinkability (for lack of a better word!) of the memory foam. At sub three hundred dollars, it's such a great price to performance ratio.This 8 inch memory foam full mattress was worth every cent. Most cozy thing I ever slept on. You just sinks right into the bed. What a difference compared to my old mattress with springs. I never wants to get up out of bed now lol. I also love how it comes packaged. Pictures above shows all vacuum packed then boom I opened it and now it’s a full mattress. Awesome!!I have slept on the mattress for 10 days and I’m very satisfied. I’m a large side sleeper and this mattress does a good job of relieving hip and shoulder pressure points. Memory foam makes it a little hard to get out of bed but that’s a small price to pay for a good nights sleep. The mattress cover is nicely upholstered maybe too nice because some photos in other reviews indicate some people are sleeping on the wrong side ! The instruction book should clearly ideantify the mattress top and bottom hopefully Inofia will correct this issue.Dissapointed with the packaging . My box was torn up and than inside the box there wasn't any instructions how to inflate the mattress or the box cutter they stated in the discription on amazon . It's been just over 48 hours and I've set the mattress up on my box spring . So far the mattress seems soft . I like hard beds so not sure if this is somehing I can get used to . I'm willing to try it out for abit longer before tossing my old mattress in the garbage .I’ve not ever written a review about a product before but I’m just so impressed with this mattress I feel I must share ! Once I opened the securely packaged mattress and let it fully expand that took about 7 hours. This material covering the mattress itself is such great quality and super soft. After my first night on this bed I knew I’d finally found the perfect bed finally! Since I’ve had this bed I’ve not had such a solid sleep ever and my back pains is reduced by 80%. when I told my back Dr about this mattress he was so impressed with my relief , thank you for offering great quality products like this mattress.
