The kids absolutely love it!!! Its sturdy and the drawer space is awesome. Perfect for my granddaughters who live with us and awesome for my grandson who likes to sleep in the "drawer "The product arrived on time great, and the box was heavy, understanable. But what wasnt understandable was the face that there were surface scratches and missing paint on multiple pieces of the bed that I didnt see the extent of until I was most of the way through the assembly process that was a bit confusing. And the directions not written well. It was also missing the metal bar for one of the drawers that it needs to hold it steady and open and close it. Now it's a drawer that I cant use or put anything in for fear that my kids would open it and it would fall and hurt thier foot. I emailed the company and got no response at all. I will not be ordering from here again and I would not reccomend this to anyone either.We're in the process of putting the bed together. There are a lot of pieces to it and requires some time for the assembly. I am happy with the quality of the bed.
