One end board wasnt completely flat (straight) but got it work and my 10 year old love this bedVery sturdy, but box damaged during transit and damaged the front of the drawers! Easy to put together!Good size twin trundle day bed. The color is really nice. Easy to assemble and sturdy. I only had it a week.It’s for my daughter and it’s perfect for her!! Not bad to put together!The instructions to put the bed together were easy to read, but I feel like the bed could of arrived with at least the side slats together, since it takes 5 pieces to build one. The bed is sturdy enough once put together even though some of the pieces seem thin and flimsy. I’ve already had to take the bed apart to move my daughters bed, and I decided to take it apart by the way I thought would be easier (I loosened the few screw side, but that was wrong because I basically took the side slats apart again. I live in apartments so I have to move around more than most, and I had hoped this bed would be easier to take apart and put together. Also, you have to screw in every base board, but there are not pre drilled holes to know where to evenly place them. I also ran into an issue when I had to screw the drawer bumpers into the bottom piece of the bed. With no pre drilled holes I wasn’t really sure where to put them, and since it says not to use an electric drill having to hand screw these into wood that was not pre drilled made things a lot harder and it gave me blisters. Also, the provided screwdriver was not good for this part either. I had to use my own screw driver that had better grip.
