I liked the quality- it will definitely hold up- assembling the main bed was very easy- assembling the trundle portion required a bit more effort but was doable with just one personTwo people build, directions are easy to follow. Sturdy and great for the money you pay.UPDATE: Although my review does not change on the quality, I have changed the rating to reflect the excellent customer service I received and the partial compensation to align the price value. I am pleased with the outcome.From the material finish, to the unsturdiness this bed set is far inferior to a similar product set that we purchased 2 years ago (unfortunately no longer available). Not worth the price and unfortunately too difficult to return (ordered 2 sets and after assembling one set and experiencing an inferior product it would be impossible to return a single set and be stuck with the assembled set). Construction quality is very poor. Would absolutely not recommend.This works perfectly in my daughters room. the mattress we put on the trundle was a little too tall so we bought little leg extenders for the actual bed to bring it off the ground a little more and then the trundle was able to slide easily in and out. the extenders were only a few bucks at Mendards.The color is great a nice grey and was easy to put together as long as you look at the directions.We are pretty happy with the quality of this trundle bed and assemble was easy with 1 person if you have a little step stool to help. Otherwise 2 people is always better. The assembly design and screws that come with the bed are really good quality but I always do my own modifications in order to avoid the bef loosening after normal use. Otherwise the only issue I have which is more of a design issue is that the trundle could use some sort of stoppers or stabilizers, when the trundle bed is pulled out, it kind of moves every which way since its so light. I will be adding some stoppers myself to keep it steady since I have two young boys.I bought this bed for my 10yr old daughter. With me being a woman I assembled it by my self. I had everything Down to the last screw. It's an amazing bed and the directions were perfect and easy. I would definitely recommend this bedThis trundle bed is perfect for a young child’s room! Easy to assemble and the trundle rolls easily to be tucked away.This beautiful bed is in my room. It is very comfortable and doesn’t squeak when I move. I love the distressed gray paint and I have a vintage white quilt on it that looks nice. I feel like it was a great purchase at a good price! My only issue is the trundle should have brakes on the casters as it rolls around.
