They forgot to drill one hole and I still have the screw that goes that area with me.My husband put the bottom bunk together by himself in like 20 mins. I helped with the top bunk. We had it fully assembled within 45 mins. My kids love it! Very sturdy. Instructions are simple and easy to follow. Definitely recommend this bunk bed to anyone! You won’t be disappointed.I just got it today!! Packaging was good and directions came in box. Although you need more than two hands to put together. Only issue I have with it, is that it does not seem sturdy. Once put together I made sure everything was secure and tight, put the mattresses on and allowed my children to try it out. It seems to wobble when climbing on the ladder to get on top bunk. My daughter is actually scared because of this. She told me she was scared to get down because the bed was shaking. Like I said everything is good up until the point of it wobbling. It can be made into two beds so I think I will have to go with it that way. What I liked: The price, the companyWhat needs to be approved: The instructions are complicated because none of the pieces are labeled. Most furniture pieces are labeled A,B,C/1,2,3 with small stickers, not this bunk bed, and there are a lot of pieces. This caused a lot of frustration. What the most frustrating aspect is, after spending hours getting everything put together, my husband and I attempt to place the top bunk on the 4 posts-- and one of the posts split right on the obvious weld line.Edit: The company is very nice, and contacts you back within a timely manner, they provided a full refund.Bought this for a friend. Myself and two friends put it together and it was preety easy. I think it would be hard alone for some parts, but idk. I would recommend not using a memory foam mattress with this frame as you might be able to feel the bars through it (this was my friend's experience at least.) I had fun putting it together and my friend loves it!Takes 2 to assemble... we had 3 bunk units to do. Every 1 of them had some sort of flaw; slightly bent ladder, paint off 2 areas of upper railing , as if it was rubbed when wet, several scratches on 3 pieces in one unit. One unit was very tough to line up holes but we managed. It is a must to NOT tighten nuts & pieces until completed. Mattresses barely fit between side rails on top unit and we had several styles of twin mattresses.Fits our needs and seems sturdy once assembled.I purchased this product for active teenagers because it says it's heavy duty. It does seem to be and so far so good!UPDATE: 8/30/2021 These bunkbeds have proven to be a great purchase. They are very sturdy and withstand little wiggly giggly now 8 - 11 yr girls and their friends with the myriad of games and pretend things they come up with. My only complaint, or I should say THEIR only complaint was that it was very uncomfortable to actually sleep on them. I bought some liners to go on the bottoms underneath the mattress and voila! They slept like the innocents they are. I started to say, like babies but both would protest loudly at being called that =)Awesome bed, be ready to be patient when assembling this beast. The bottom rails are the worst. When you get the first bars that can be screwed in on first you can slide the other ones in. We used several people and placed the bar on the floor so that we could put the others on top and line up the rest. Good luck. Very sturdy once assembled.
