Overall a good product, my daughter really likes it! Was very easy to assemble, only took about 15 minutes. The bed did have some damage which occurred during shipping. The vendor was very easy to work with in order to reach a resolution we were both comfortable with. Customer service gets a solid 5 stars!!!What is given a higher review but one of the boards broke when my 35 year old pound cousins jumped on itIts functional but really low quality materials. Poor sanding, lots of defects in the wood, poor paint coverage, some predilled holes were missing or off. It is what it is.Update: Seller helped fix our issues by giving us a refund of half the cost of the bed. They did not have the replacement piece so did this instead.Multiple spots on the frame that look like they tried fixing them but failed. Also the trundle part doesn’t even look painted, it looks like primer.The wood part you pull the bottom bed i have to take the bed out very carefully. Because it sounds like it's going to break offGreat communication and understanding! Nice bed! Would buy from again :)The headboard, legs, and footboard are poorly sanded and painted without a finish. All the painted pieces needed to be wiped down so that they're moderately safe to the touch. I had to spend hours sanding down every single surface and edge of the platforms because they came poorly cut and not sanded. Nothing about this product is safe for children unless you sand it down yourself.child's bed adequate
