The bed frame is easy to assemble, but it’s quality matches its price. Mine arrived with minor imperfections, such as one side of the headboard’s heart being dented very obviously. It’s decently sturdy, the full size anyways, but I sometimes have to retighten some of the bolts. If you don’t use a foundation, there are small metal clips on either side of the frame that are meant to hold the mattress or foundation in place, but since I have a memory foam mattress, it scratches me sometimes when sitting on the edge of the bed.This bed frame was easy to assemble. It's cute, but it's not strong. The top of the frame on the sides are not that strong and one side was a little bit too long. So it made the top of the bed frame uneven. I don't know if it is the bed or the frame, but the bed doesn't fit that well. The middle bracket is supposed to go on the outside of the bedframe to hold the bed in place, but there is quite a big gap, even when I placed the bracket on the inside.One of the top rods didn't get painted completely.Good for the price.The bed is very pretty once assemble. The headboard and footboard comes assemble in the box. However, there were many other parts to put together. Some of the washers were missing and several screws were left over after we completed it. The instruction were not clear for how to assemble the middle base of the frame we had to put our heads together on that. I will say that all in all if you have time and three buddy's to help with sorting out the parts, reading the instructions and sorting out the screws. It's an okay deal.The bed is beautiful even after all the assembly issues. My baby girl insisted on having this specific bed so I ordered it naturally…. It arrived on time which is always a plus and nothing less than what I expected. When my husband and I were putting it together we noticed that two of the bars had off centered screw holes which made them impossible to utilize. We still managed to get the frame put together and found an alternate way to make sure that the bed was useable. My advice is inspect all rods that come with assembly before actually putting the bed together…. Hopefully then you can order a replacement and not have to be frustrated during assembly.First off, the bed is nice and fairly sturdy. But the packaging for this product is terrible. I had a horrible time trying to find everything, and it was all just thrown in together and made assembly take so much longer than necessary. So if you buy this, know it's gonna be a pain to put together if your packaging doesn't hold up.Great bed for the price. Was exactly what I daughter wanted. Fits perfectly in her room
